units, leadership, vendors, and external stakeholders.\nOrganize and lead project meetings, status reviews, and stakeholder updates.\nIdentify dependencies, risks, and potential roadblocks and coordinate resolution efforts.\nSupport planning, reporting, and governance activities for cybersecurity initiatives.\nDevelop and maintain project plans, dashboards, status reports, and program documentation.\nHelp drive accountability and follow-through across cross-functional teams.\nEnsure alignment between cybersecurity objectives and broader business goals.\nRequired Qualifications\nExperience managing or coordinating IT, cybersecurity, technology, or business-focused programs/projects.\nStrong organizational and project coordination skills.\nExcellent written and verbal communication abilities.\nExperience working with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholder groups.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.\nStrong problem-solving and relationship management skills.\nProficiency with project tracking and collaboration tools.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience supporting cybersecurity, risk, compliance, or technology organizations.\nFamiliarity with project management methodologies and best practices.\nExperience preparing executive-level status reports and presentations.\nPrior experience coordinating work with
