You will work closely with our CTO, Engineering, DevOps and Delivery teams to build reusable architecture, integration and deployment patterns - not one-off customer solutions.\nThis is a role for someone who enjoys technical ownership, complex enterprise environments and the opportunity to help build an AI-native platform at an early but highly relevant stage.\nTasks\nIn this role, you will work closely with our CTO, Engineering, DevOps and Delivery teams to make ZYLENTIX scalable, secure and production-ready for enterprise customers.\nYour responsibilities include:\nHelp shape the target architecture of ZYLENTIX as an enterprise-grade AI platform.\nDesign reusable API, integration, deployment and customer-edge patterns.\nDefine practical standards for production readiness, scalability, maintainability and technical documentation.\nContribute to release, deployment, monitoring, observability and runbook standards.\nEmbed security by design, IAM, auditability, secrets handling and data-flow control into architecture decisions.\nTranslate customer requirements into reusable product and architecture building blocks.\nSupport technical customer workshops with IT, Security, Product Security, Architecture and Engineering teams.\nRequirements\nYou combine solid enterprise architecture experience with enough technical depth to make architecture practical, implementable and scalable. You do not need to be a pure software engineer, but you should be able to understand complex systems, structure technical decisions and work closely with engineering teams.\nWhat we are looking for:\nExperience as a Solution Architect, Enterprise Architect, Platform Architect, Technical Lead, Technical Consultant or similar role.\nGood understanding of enterprise software architectures, cloud or private-cloud environments, APIs, containers and modern deployment processes.\nFamiliarity with CI/CD, release management, monitoring, observability, runbooks or operational documentation.\nGood understanding of security, compliance, IAM, audit logs, encryption, secrets management or secure enterprise integrations.\nAbility to define reusable architecture patterns instead of building one-off customer solutions.\nInterest in AI-native systems, LLM architectures, agentic workflows, RAG, AI evaluation or MLOps.\nAbility to structure complex technical topics, document decisions clearly and align technical stakeholders.\nVery good English and German skills.\nNice to have:\nExperience with cybersecurity, product security, vulnerability management or security operations.\nExperience with regulated or complex enterprise environments.\nExperience with Python, FastAPI, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, OpenAPI or similar technologies.\nExperience with SQL databases, graph databases or complex data models.\nYou do not need to fulfill every point.
