forward-looking mindset to modernize legacy systems and reduce operational complexity.\n\nPosition : Platform Engineer - Cloud & Infrastructure\n\nLocation : Offshore - Remote\n\nSummary : \n\nMid-Senior Platform Engineer responsible for supporting and modernizing enterprise infrastructure across on-prem, hybrid, and cloud environments.\n\nResponsibilities : \n\n- Manage Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP.\n\n- Support Microsoft 365, Exchange Online/Hybrid, and Entra ID.\n\n- Manage Azure infrastructure, including VMs, networking, storage, monitoring, and governance.\n\n- Design and support Nutanix AHV/HCI and VMware environments.\n\n- Support Nutanix Database Service (NDB).\n\n- Automate infrastructure operations using PowerShell/Python and Infrastructure-as-Code.\n\n- Support cloud migrations, infrastructure modernization, patching, security, backup, and recovery.\n\n- Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and improve platform reliability and scalability.\n\n- Collaborate with architecture, security, and application teams.\n\n- Engineer and support Azure-based infrastructure, including : \n\no Virtual machines, storage, networking\n\no Monitoring, governance, and access control\n\n- Design, deploy, and support Nutanix infrastructure, including : \n\no Nutanix AHV virtualization\n\no Nutanix HCI hardware platforms\n\nRequirements : \n\n- 5+ years of systems, infrastructure, or platform engineering experience.\n\n- Strong experience with Windows Server, AD, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure, Nutanix, and virtualization.\n\n- Experience with hybrid cloud environments and infrastructure automation.\n\n- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.\n\nPreferred : \n\n- NDB, PowerShell, Python, Terraform/Bicep experience.\n\n- Knowledge of NIST/CIS/ISO 27001.\n\n- Microsoft, Azure, Nutanix, or VMware certifications.\n\nDesired Qualifications : \n\n- Experience with Nutanix Database Service (NDB) or similar database platform tools.\n\n- Experience with infrastructure automation and scripting (PowerShell, Python).\n\n- Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code concepts (e.g., Terraform, Bicep) in a practical, operations-focused context.\n\n- Experience supporting manufacturing or multi-site enterprise environments.\n\n- Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, CIS Controls, ISO 27001).\n\n- Experience participating in infrastructure modernization or cloud transformation initiatives.\n\n- Relevant certifications (Microsoft, Azure, Nutanix,
