As a Level 4 engineer, you are the final technical escalation point for server and infrastructure issues, owning complex incident resolution, root cause analysis, and infrastructure improvements across a hybrid (on-premises and cloud) environment.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n- Act as Level 4 escalation point for critical server, virtualization, storage, and infrastructure incidents.\n\n- Administer, maintain, and optimize Windows Server and Linux environments.\n\n- Manage and troubleshoot virtualization platforms (VMware vSphere/ESXi, Hyper-V).\n\n- Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and Entra ID identity services.\n\n- Support and administer hybrid cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure.\n\n- Own patch management and vulnerability remediation for servers.\n\n- Manage backup, recovery, and disaster recovery solutions.\n\n- Monitor infrastructure health and performance.\n\n- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for major incidents.\n\n- Automate repetitive tasks using PowerShell, Bash, Python, Ansible, or Terraform.\n\n- Apply security best practices and server hardening aligned with CIS benchmarks.\n\n- Manage incidents, problems, and changes through the ITSM platform following ITIL processes.\n\n- Create and maintain technical documentation and runbooks.\n\n- Mentor Level 1 - 3 engineers.\n\n- Communicate clearly with US-based client stakeholders.\n\nRequired Skills :\n\n- 8+ years of experience in server, systems, or infrastructure engineering, including at least 2 years at an L3/L4 level.\n\n- Expert-level knowledge of Windows Server (2016/2019/2022).\n\n- Strong experience with VMware vSphere and/or Microsoft Hyper-V.\n\n- Deep understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and PKI.\n\n- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365/Exchange hybrid environments.\n\n- Solid knowledge of storage, backup, and DR solutions (e.g., Veeam, Commvault, Azure Backup, SAN/NAS).\n\n- Proficiency in PowerShell and scripting/automation.\n\n- Working knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, firewalls, load balancers, VPN).\n\n- Experience working in ITIL-aligned environments and with ITSM tools.\n\n- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.\n\n- Willingness to work in the US Eastern Time shift.\n\nShift & Working Conditions:\n\n- Shift aligned to US Eastern Time business hours (approximately 9:00 AM -
