# Senior Systems & Infrastructure Engineer - Server Virtualization

Role Summary: We are looking for an experienced Senior Systems & Infrastructure Engineer (Level 4) to support our US operations during US Eastern Time business hours. As a Level 4 engineer, you are the final technical escalation point for server and infrastructure issues, owning complex incident resolution, root cause analysis, and infrastructure improvements across a hybrid (on-premises and cloud) environment. Key Responsibilities: - Act as Level 4 escalation point for critical server, virtualization, storage, and infrastructure incidents. - Administer, maintain, and optimize Windows Server and Linux environments. - Manage and troubleshoot virtualization platforms (VMware vSphere/ESXi, Hyper-V). - Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and Entra ID identity services. - Support and administer hybrid cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure. - Own patch management and vulnerability remediation for servers. - Manage backup, recovery, and disaster recovery solutions. - Monitor infrastructure health and performance. - Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for major incidents. - Automate repetitive tasks using PowerShell, Bash, Python, Ansible, or Terraform. - Apply s
