thoughtful decisions around front end structure, performance, and maintainability\n\nCreate reusable components and shared UI patterns across the platform\n\nEnsure applications are fast, accessible, and responsive across devices\n\nIntegrate front end functionality with APIs and backend services\n\nIdentify UI and UX issues and resolve them with minimal overhead\n\nContinuously improve existing
