You’ll work closely with engineering teams to identify bottlenecks, automate processes, and build scalable solutions that support Cyberhaven's continued growth.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn and improve CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, and Terraform to enable reliable, automated, and efficient software delivery.\n\nDesign, build, and scale cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), leveraging Kubernetes (GKE), Terraform, and managed cloud services.\n\nDrive improvements in developer productivity by identifying and eliminating bottlenecks across build, test, deployment, and release processes.\n\nImprove infrastructure reliability, scalability, security, and performance through automation, monitoring, and proactive optimization.\n\nTake ownership of infrastructure challenges, troubleshoot complex production and development environment issues, and implement long-term solutions.\n\nEstablish and promote infrastructure-as-code, GitOps, and cloud-native engineering best practices.\n\nPartner closely with software engineers to understand developer pain points and deliver scalable self-service infrastructure and tooling.\n\nDefine and track key metrics around deployment efficiency, build times, infrastructure reliability, and developer experience.\n\nContribute to technical architecture discussions, mentor engineers, and help establish engineering standards and documentation.\n\nWho You Are\n5+ years of hands-on experience in Cloud Infrastructure, Platform Engineering, DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Developer Experience.\n\nStrong experience designing, deploying, and managing production-grade infrastructure on GCP (preferred) or another major cloud platform.\n\nDeep hands-on expertise with Kubernetes (GKE), Terraform, and containerized environments.\n\nProven experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, or similar technologies.\n\nStrong understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC), GitOps, cloud-native architecture, and deployment automation.\n\nExperience improving developer workflows, reducing deployment friction, and optimizing build and release processes.\n\nStrong troubleshooting and debugging skills across cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes clusters, and CI/CD systems.\n\nProficiency in scripting or programming languages such as Python, Go, or Bash to develop automation and internal tooling.\n\nExperience with monitoring, observability, cloud security, and infrastructure performance optimization.\n\nA strong sense of ownership, with the ability to independently drive infrastructure initiatives from design through implementation.\n\nA collaborative, proactive engineer who enjoys solving complex infrastructure challenges and enabling other engineering teams to move faster.\n\nJoining Cyberhaven means joining the team building Data Security for the Agentic Enterprise.
