audits, maintainingISO accreditations including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001 & KPIs.The QHSE Manager will be responsible formaintaining QHSE relatedinformation up to date on allCustomer Platforms for accreditations and procurement purposes.\nKey Accountabilities:\nThe QHSEManager is responsible forthe following:\nHealth -Safety& Environment\nStrategic oversight of field safety - Support US Field Safety Manager with proactive safety initiatives\nDrive a positive and open Health and Safety Culture in the US\nDefine objectivesand annual plans\nLead US internal and external audits including ISO audits\nRoll out best practice across the business \nProduce HSE reports for the Senior Leadership Team and Board Review\nEnsureexisting H&S process and policies are fit for purpose and reflect regulatory developments\nOrganise quarterly Safety Committees\nSupport tender processes and keep customer portals up to date \nRaise internal awareness and advise on necessary training \nSupport the Global QHSE Manager implementing and reporting on ESG objectives and actions\nKeep up-to-dateon legislationchanges/regulations and be a reference to others\nSafey investigations \nManagement of ISN\nManagement of TSP for PG&E\nSupport to risk assessments (JHA/RAMS)\nUpdate risk register (new equipment and procedures)\nQuality\nEnsure all Quality processes are accurate, up to date and being used in practice\nSupports the creation of quality Assurance Plans where necessary\nAgree, track and report on KPI \nKeep up-to-dateon legislation changes/regulations and be a reference to others\nCybersecurity\nEnsure all Cybersecurity processes are accurate, up to date and being used in practice\nLead US internal and external audits including ISO audits\nAgree and track and report on KPIs\nLiaise with line Managers to implement Information Security Policies, risk assessmentsand support operational procedures\nEssential Qualifications/Experience\nPreviousexperience in leading ISO audits.\nPreviousexperience in working on aninterdisciplinary team and cross-functional collaborationwith different partsof the business.\nExperience of working in a multi-national organisation. \nIntermediate Level user of Office365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.).\nOutstanding communication and people skills.\nExcellent organizational and leadership abilities.\nExcellent eye for detail and capacity to create and follow corporate and regional procedures.\nInternal auditing qualification.\nCertified Safety Professional or Associate Safety Professional Certifications\n5+ years leading QHSE
