The Partner Success Executive acts as a trusted extension of both CyberOne and our partners, ensuring services are delivered effectively, opportunities for growth are identified, and operational excellence is maintained throughout the customer lifecycle.\nDuties and Responsibilities:\nPartner Success & Growth\nSupport the Head of Customer Success in delivering a world-class partner success function.\n\nSupport renewals, service enhancements and client retention activities.\n\nMaintain visibility of renewal activity, pipeline opportunities and partner growth.\n\nEngage regularly with partners both virtually and face to face understand client requirements and align CyberOne services.\n\nSupport for partner onboard where required\n\nIdentify opportunities for partners to expand their cyber security offerings through CyberOne solutions.\n\nTrusted Advisor & Relationship Builder\nBuild strong, trusted relationships with partner stakeholders.\n\nAct as a central coordination point between partners and CyberOne teams.\n\nFacilitate monthly and quarterly service reviews.\n\nSupport in partner monthly and quarterly business reviews\n\nSupport account planning and strategic growth discussions.\n\nStrengthen long-term partner relationships.\n\nService Delivery Coordination\nCoordinate with Service Delivery, Operations and Technical teams.\n\nSupport onboarding, fulfilment and customer requests.\n\nManage escalations professionally and transparently.\n\nProvide clear communication and service updates to partners.\n\nPromote a consistent partner experience across CyberOne.\n\nOperational Excellence\nProduce service reports and performance updates.\n\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives.\n\nMaintain Monday.com and operational systems.\n\nAssist with
