\nติดตามงานประจำวัน จัดทำ Checklist\nตรวจสอบสถานะงาน ประสานงานกับผู้รับผิดชอบ\nและติดตามงานคงค้างจนได้รับผลการดำเนินงานหรือข้อสรุป\nติดตามการจัดพนักงาน Standby เพื่อทดแทนกรณีพนักงานไม่สามารถเข้าปฏิบัติงานได้\nตรวจสอบตารางเวร On-call และจัดทำรายงานสรุปการปฏิบัติงานตามเวร\nติดตามงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการตรวจสอบและปรับปรุงระบบ\nประสานงานกับผู้รับผิดชอบ และติดตามความคืบหน้าจนงานแล้วเสร็จ\nปฏิบัติตามนโยบายการรักษาความลับและความมั่นคงปลอดภัยของข้อมูลบริษัทและลูกค้า\nปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย\nQualifications\nสำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ วิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์\nคอมพิวเตอร์ธุรกิจ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง\nมีประสบการณ์ 2 ปีขึ้นไป ด้านการประสานงานโครงการ\nงานเอกสาร งานธุรการ หรือการสนับสนุนงานด้าน IT / Cybersecurity\nมีทักษะการสื่อสารและประสานงาน\nสามารถทำงานร่วมกับลูกค้าและทีมงานหลายฝ่ายได้ดี\nสามารถจับประเด็น สรุปข้อมูล และจัดทำบันทึกการประชุมได้อย่างชัดเจน\nใช้งาน Microsoft Office โดยเฉพาะ
