The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients across target sectors, and promoting CyberYoddha LLP™s cybersecurity consulting and managed security services. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, developing and executing sales strategies, preparing proposals and presentations, managing the sales pipeline, and coordinating with technical teams to align solutions with client requirements. The role involves negotiating contracts, supporting pre-sales activities, participating in industry events, and providing regular reporting on sales performance and revenue targets.\nQualifications\nBusiness development and sales skills, including lead generation, prospecting, pipeline management, and deal closing.\nAccount management and relationship-building capabilities, with experience in client engagement, stakeholder management, and customer success.\nUnderstanding of cybersecurity concepts and services, such as VAPT, risk assessment, security audits, managed security operations, and compliance frameworks.\nMarketing and communication skills, including presentation development, proposal writing, and delivering clear, persuasive pitches to technical and non-technical audiences.\nAnalytical and strategic thinking skills to assess market opportunities, segment customers, and develop targeted go-to-market plans.\nStrong negotiation, contract management, and commercial acumen to structure competitive yet sustainable deals.\nBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field;
