You’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact on how we deliver technology and how our brand is experienced, while building a meaningful career and helping to create a safer, more resilient future.\nGuide to what a Project Manager does at Cybit\nAs a Project Manager you’ll join our PMO Team and be responsible for the successful planning, coordination and delivery of a wide range of customer projects across cloud, infrastructure, networking, security and managed services technologies.\nYou'll act as the central point of contact for customers and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the high standards our customers expect. We're looking for someone with excellent communication, organisational skills and a proactive approach to problem solving.\nWhat are some of the key tasks a Project Manager is responsible for?\nManaging the end-to-end delivery of customer projects from initiation through to completion.\nCreating and maintaining project plans, timelines, risk logs and status reports.\nCoordinating internal technical resources and third-party suppliers to ensure successful delivery.\nLeading project kick-off meetings and regular progress reviews with customers.\nManaging project budgets, schedules, scope and resource allocation.\nIdentifying, tracking and mitigating project risks and issues.\nEnsuring clear communication between customers, technical teams and stakeholders.\nMonitoring project progress and escalating concerns where required.\nSupporting project governance and ensuring compliance with internal delivery processes.\nFacilitating successful project handovers into operational support teams.\nMaintaining accurate project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.\nBuilding strong relationships with customers and ensuring a positive delivery experience.\nSupporting with Project related procurement where required.\nWe are looking for someone with\nEssential\nExperience managing end-to-end customer projects from initiation through to completion.\nStrong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with customers, suppliers and internal teams.\nExperience creating and managing project documentation, including project plans, status updates, risk logs and governance reports.\nProven ability to identify, manage and mitigate project risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.\nExcellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to lead customer meetings and project reviews.\nStrong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and resources effectively.\nA proactive and solutions-focused approach to problem solving.\nExperience managing project budgets, schedules, scope and delivery outcomes.\nExperience working within an MSP, technology services or IT environment, ideally delivering infrastructure, cloud, networking, security or managed services projects.\nNive to Have\nProject Management Qualifications:\nPRINCE2 Foundation / Practitioner\nAPM Project Fundamentals Qualification (PFQ)\nAPM Project Management Qualification (PMQ)\nBe well looked after\nHappy people make happy businesses.
