Cyble is a fast-growing startup recognized by Forbes along with other distinctions.\nRole Description\nThis is a full-time on-site role as a Senior Director of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence at Cyble Inc. located in Bengaluru. The Senior Director of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence will be responsible for managing and leading the Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence team and providing technical guidance. The Senior Director will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy machine learning models and algorithms to improve our cyber intelligence platform.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead a team of ML and AI professionals, focusing on innovation and excellence in AI-driven cybersecurity solutions, particularly in the development and enhancement of LAMMA.\nDevelop and implement comprehensive ML and AI strategies that align with Cyble's vision and technological objectives.\nDesign and deploy scalable machine learning models and AI solutions, with an emphasis on large language models, to augment our threat intelligence capabilities.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and product managers, to integrate AI/ML technologies into our product suite.\nKeep abreast of the latest developments in AI and ML, ensuring Cyble remains at the forefront of the industry.\nFacilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team, promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional development.\nActively contribute to the strategic planning and technological roadmap of the company, with a focus on AI/ML and large language model innovations.\nQualifications\nComputer Science and Data Science skills\nExperience with pattern recognition and statistics\nExperience with natural language processing (NLP)\nAbility to develop, deploy and maintain large-scale machine learning models and algorithms\nExperience with programming languages such as Python and Go.\nProven leadership and management skills in leading a Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence team\nExcellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams\nMaster's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field\nExperience in the cybersecurity or intelligence industry is a plus\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills\nCompensation and Incentives:\nWe offer a highly lucrative compensation package for the right candidate, including a competitive salary, performance bonuses, and options.
