enterprise use cases.\n● Design user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and information architecture.\n● Simplify complex ERP workflows into intuitive and efficient user experiences.\n● Convert designs into functional UI components and build responsive, scalable front-end interfaces.\n● Ensure pixel-perfect implementation and maintain reusable component libraries and design systems.\n● Design multi-step workflows, role-based dashboards, and data-heavy screens such as tables, reports, and forms.\n● Optimize task efficiency and reduce clicks and cognitive load.\n● Handle edge cases in workflows such as errors, exceptions, and escalations.\n● Create and maintain design systems including colours, typography, and components.\n● Ensure consistency across modules.\n● Collaborate with developers to standardise UI patterns.\n● Work closely with the Product Manager and Developers for feature clarity and implementation feasibility.\n● Participate in sprint planning, design reviews, and feature discussions.\n● Design dashboards for financial data, compliance tracking, and business metrics.\n● Ensure clarity in complex data representation.\n● Use Gen AI as a force multiplier.\nQualifications:\n● Bachelor's degree in Design / Computer Science / IT / Engineering.\n● 6-8 years of experience in UX design and frontend development.\n● Experience in enterprise applications / ERP / SaaS platforms.\n● Strong portfolio demonstrating complex workflow design and data-heavy UI.\n● Tools: Figma / Adobe XD / Sketch.\n● Skills: wireframing, prototyping, user journey mapping, and information architecture.\n● Strong in React / Angular / Vue, preferably React.\n● Skills in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript / TypeScript, responsive design, and component-based architecture.\n● Experience in building and maintaining design systems.\n● Knowledge of UI frameworks such as Material UI and Tailwind.\n● Experience with tables, sorting, filtering, pagination, and
