This role maintains inventory accuracy, supports production needs, and ensures materials are properly documented and handled within CyCan’s chemical manufacturing environment.\nKey Responsibilities:\nReceive shipments and verify quantities, product codes, lot information, condition, and documentation against purchase orders.\nProcess receipts, transfers, adjustments, and other inventory transactions in the ERP/MRP system.\nCoordinate with Quality Control for incoming material sampling, inspection, and release.\nMaintain accurate inventory records and material traceability.\nPerform cycle counts, inventory audits, reconciliations, and discrepancy investigations.\nPick, stage, transfer, and organize materials to support production and warehouse operations.\nLoad and unload trucks using forklifts and approved material-handling equipment.\nMaintain receiving, inventory, shipping, and material movement documentation.\nFollow established procedures for FIFO, hazardous materials, dangerous goods, and warehouse safety.\nSupport vendor returns, dunnage, recycling, warehouse organization, and continuous improvement activities.\nTransport materials between nearby CyCan facilities as needed.\nCollaborate with Quality, Production, Purchasing, and Logistics to resolve inventory and material issues.\nQualifications:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required.\n2+ years of receiving, inventory, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred.\nManufacturing experience required;
