multiple sources (databases, APIs, files, messaging/ event streams)\nPerform data transformation, validation, and quality checks across end-to-end data flows\nCollaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into data solutions\nSupport production environments, handle incident analysis, and contribute to performance optimization\nEnsure compliance with data governance, security, and regulatory standards\nCompetence demands:\n3-5 YoE in Data Engineering with Databricks\nVery strong Python, SQL, PySpark programming skills\nData Platforms: Databricks (Delta Lake, DLT), cloud data lakes / lakehouse architectures\nExperience with Azure (ADLS, Data Factory, Synapse), or equivalent cloud services\nKnowledge of Medallion architecture, dimensional models, Data Vault (nice to have)\nREST APIs, batch and streaming ingestion\nGit, CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps or similar\nStrong understanding of data quality, performance tuning, and scalability\nExposure to banking, risk, regulatory reporting, or analytics platforms\nExperience supporting data-intensive applications used for decision-making and compliance\nVery good English skills\nNice to
