Senior AI Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior AI Engineer to join the AI development team. The role focuses on building scalable AI-driven solutions across different projects, supporting business needs and practical use cases.

Project information:

• Office location: Wroclaw
• Work model: 100% remote
• Budget: 120 - 140 PLN net/ h on b2b
• Project length: Long-term
• Only candidates with citizenship in the European Union and residence in Poland
• Start date: ASAP (depending on candidate’s availability)
• Project language: English & German (B2 required)

Project scope:

• Work on AI solutions across different projects, supporting business needs and practical use cases
• Develop and improve chatbot solutions based on LLMs and RAG approaches
• Participate in the full AI lifecycle - from idea, through development, to deployment
• Build and maintain ML and Generative AI solutions in cloud environments (Azure / AWS / GCP)
• Apply good engineering practices, including testing, CI/CD, and basic MLOps
• Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver workable solutions
• Ensure solutions are stable, reliable, and ready for production use
• Share knowledge and support less experienced team members when needed

Competence demands:

• Experience working with AI/ML solutions in real-world projects
• Familiarity with LLMs, RAG, or chatbot solutions
• Basic experience with cloud platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP)
• Understanding of software engineering practices (Python, APIs)
• Experience working in teams and delivering projects end-to-end
• Good communication skills and a practical, problem-solving mindset
• Very good English and German skills (min. B2 level required)
