complex business, service and project processes and translating requirements into scalable, practical solutions\nIndependently leading functional consulting activities, including requirements gathering, workshops, process analysis, functional design and configuration\nAdvising customers on process improvements and solution choices, while challenging requirements where needed\nConfiguring and optimizing solutions hands-on and supporting testing, training, go-live and post-go-live activities\nWorking closely with developers, architects and integration specialists to ensure functional, technical and integration requirements align\nIdentifying risks, dependencies and implementation issues early, communicating them proactively and supporting decisions with concrete evidence\nAssessing the impact of changes carefully, asking the right questions before implementation and maintaining a high quality standard\nTaking ownership, driving continuous improvements and collaborating effectively in multidisciplinary and international teams\nDelivering within scope, budget and timelines while maintaining strong customer satisfaction and long-term relationships\nCompetence demands:\nExtensive hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Operations implementation experience in real customer environments (must be able to clearly describe personal responsibilities, configurations, decisions and solutions delivered)\nStrong practical understanding of core Project Operations processes, including project management, resource scheduling, time and expense management, budgeting and forecasting\nKnowledge and practical experience with integrations - understanding how Dynamics 365 interacts with surrounding applications and systems\nAt least 3 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement\nStrong functional consulting capability\nHands-on experience with requirements gathering, customer workshops, process analysis, functional design, configuration, testing, implementation and customer guidance\nAbility to independently analyze complex business processes and translate these into scalable and workable solutions\nProfessional experience with GitHub Copilot \nVery good English skills\nNice to have:\nExtensive hands-on Dynamics 365 Field Service experience in addition to Project Operations\nExperience delivering both Project Operations and Field Service across multiple real customer implementations\nPractical experience with Field Service processes such as work orders, scheduling, agreements, inventory and mobile processes\nExperience delivering multiple end-to-end Dynamics 365 implementations\nStrong knowledge of Dataverse and surrounding Microsoft platform capabilities\nExperience with additional AI-assisted
