B2B\nProject length: Long-term\nAllocation: Approx. 80% Run / 20% Grow\nOnly candidates with citizenship in the European Union and residence in Poland\nStart date: ASAP (depending on candidate's availability)\nProject scope:\nProvide day-to-day production support for the Salesforce platform\nManage, investigate, and resolve production incidents and application defects\nSupport Customer Service Representatives using Salesforce for B2B customer processes\nPerform Salesforce administration activities related to production support\nHandle deployments, service requests, data corrections, and data patching\nTroubleshoot technical and functional issues to ensure platform stability and service continuity\nDeliver small to medium-sized Salesforce enhancements based on business priorities and customer needs\nTake ownership of assigned features and development tasks from requirements through successful delivery\nIndependently drive features through the complete development lifecycle\nSupport Salesforce processes covering the B2B customer journey, including Lead-to-Order and Order-to-Activation\nParticipate in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, planning sessions, refinements, and team collaboration activities\nCollaborate closely with business stakeholders and geographically distributed technical teams\nContribute to the continuous improvement, reliability, and evolution of the Salesforce platform\nCompetence demands:\n5+ years of professional experience with Salesforce\nStrong hands-on experience in Salesforce development and production support\nSalesforce OmniStudio certification and hands-on development experience -
