In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor, lead complex functional and technical initiatives, and ensure high-quality delivery throughout all project phases.\nYou will collaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders, facilitate workshops, mentor junior consultants, and drive continuous improvements within Workday environments.\nProject information:\nLocation: Wrocław or Gdańsk (100% onsite)\nShift work:8-hour shiftsbetween 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM Monday-Friday\nType of employment: B2B contract\nRemuneration:200 - 220 PLN net + VAT per hour on B2B\nProject language:English\nResponsibilities:\nLead Workday implementation, enhancement, and optimization projects.\nProvide expert guidance on Workday functionalities and best practices.\nConduct and facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders.\nConfigure, test, validate, and document Workday solutions across multiple functional areas.\nAnalyze HR processes and recommend scalable improvements and optimization strategies.\nSupport clients in translating business requirements into effective Workday solutions.\nDeliver user training sessions and knowledge transfer activities for internal teams and clients.\nTroubleshoot and resolve complex functional and technical issues.\nEnsure project deliverables meet quality standards and timelines.\nMentor and support junior consultants within the team.\nRequirements:\nProven experience as a Workday Consultant, including senior-level project involvement.\nStrong knowledge of Workday HCM and related modules.\nExperience with Workday configuration, testing, and deployment activities.\nAbility to lead workshops and communicate effectively with stakeholders at different levels.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExperience in HR process analysis and optimization.\nExcellent documentation and presentation skills.\nAbility to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong command of English, both written and spoken.\nExperience mentoring or guiding junior team members is an advantage.\nWe offer:\nPrivate medical care with dental care (covering 70% of costs).
