We recognize your performance in both tangible and intangible ways, by providing you development opportunities and making you feel respected.\nCycle & Carriage Leasing is rapidly expanding our business into the logistics arena and you will be part of our start-up team that supports the fundamental key roles within the department to ensure optimal efficiency and productivity of the logistics drivers.\nThe Logistics Executive will support the daily operations and fulfil general administrative duties which includes managing the duty roster, tracking of productivity/overtime and orientation of new drivers. You will also be responsible for maintaining the fleet of logistics vehicles and liaising with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and optimal service levels.\nThe Opportunity\nCreate, execute scalable strategies and best practices to improve productivity and efficiency for the daily logistics operations\nMonitor, compile, analyse and evaluate operational process to improve workflow through tracking and documenting all operation related jobs\nCommunicate and disseminate information to Drivers\nPlan daily operations and automate task through adopting, integrating, and customizing technological platform\nCreate despatch routes, zoning and allocations, and channel down the information to the driver\nEnsure all vehicles are in excellent operational condition\nOrientate new drivers to the business\nDriving vehicles as required and assisting Drivers when there is a surge in daily job\nCoordinate on billing and collection related matters\nResolve operational issues with clients\nEnsure all work is conducted in a safe manner, complying with Occupational Safety, Health & Environmental policies, procedures and being familiar with emergency evacuation procedures to eliminate or minimise workplace health and safety risks.\nWorking efficiently and effectively in a team environment to maintain a culture of service excellence and accomplishing organisational goals under limited supervision.\nAbility to work on rotating shifts (including weekends)\nAssisting leasing operations team in ad-hoc tasks\nJob Requirements\n Minimum GCE \"N\"/\"O\" Levels, or equivalent.\n Experienced in operations work within the automotive industry will be an added advantage.\n Holds a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license. \n Operational excellence with strong work ethics and sense of accountability.\n Familiar with Singapore roads, rules, and regulations.\n Highly experienced in managing used car workflows. \n Knowledgeable on matters relating to repairs, refurbishment and warranty claims. \n About the Company\nCycle & Carriage (C&C) is one of Singapore’s leading automotive groups.
