Backed by a strong joint venture with Eswaran Tea, we are a dynamic, forward-thinking organization with bold ambitions and an exciting next chapter ahead.\n\nQualifications & Experience\n\nBachelor's degree or Higher Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.\n\nA minimum of 1-2 years of experience in SFA, SAP ERP, end-user support, IT operations, Windows technologies, and network infrastructure.\n\nProficient in MS Windows 10/11 operating systems, MS Office 365, printer management, and computer device maintenance.\n\nExposure to a manufacturing environment will be a definite advantage.\n\nThe ideal candidate should be result-driven, adaptable, flexible, resourceful, and have a positive attitude.\n\nGood communication skills in both English and Sinhala are required to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nProvide end-to-end support for the SFA system used by the Sales team, coordinate with the Sales team to understand requirements and resolve system issues.\n\nTrain new sales users on SFA system usage and best practices, coordinate with SFA vendor for enhancements, bug fixes, and upgrades.\n\nInstall, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.\n\nRespond to user inquiries and requests for assistance and troubleshooting, and resolve technical issues with hardware, software, and network systems.\n\nMaintain IT documentation, asset records, SOPs, and user manuals.\n\nCoordinate with vendors and service providers to conduct scheduled services and maintenance activities.\n\nSupport the IT team in new project implementations and process improvements.\n\nPotential candidates should be enthusiastic about adapting to new technologies (with a willingness to be based in Katunayake).\n\n*Application closing date 10th November*\n\nThis is a great opportunity to start and grow your career in Business Applications.
