If so, don't hesitate to apply!\nWorking model: Hybrid\nHours: 32 - 40 hours per week\nWe are looking for a (Senior) Internal Communications Specialist who will develop and deliver clear, engaging and timely communication across our global organization. You will help employees understand our strategy, priorities and changes, while bringing our culture and values to life through strong internal communication.\nWorking closely with leaders and teams across the business, you will create content and communication that connects people, supports change and helps turn business priorities into action.\nWhat you'll do\nDevelop and deliver our internal communications strategy, creating a clear communication approach and rhythm that brings our business strategy, priorities, culture and values to life for our people.\n\nTranslate business priorities and organizational change into clear and engaging communication, helping employees understand where we are going, what it means for them and how they contribute.\n\nCreate compelling content and campaigns across our internal channels, from leadership messages and company updates to employee stories, organizational announcements and culture initiatives.\n\nEnable leaders to communicate effectively, supporting the CEO and leadership teams with key messages, town halls, talking points and communication around change or sensitive topics.\n\nOwn and continuously improve our internal communication channels and key employee moments, ensuring communication is timely, consistent and relevant across countries, functions and teams.\n\nStrengthen culture and engagement through communication, working closely with the wider People team to reinforce our values, desired behaviors and employee experience.\n\nListen and measure impact, using employee feedback, engagement insights and communication data to understand what is landing and continuously improve our approach.\n\nPartner with Marketing where internal and external communication connect, including employer branding and supporting the CEO’s LinkedIn communication.\n\nRequirements\nWhat you bringing\n5+ years of experience in internal communications, employee engagement or a related communications role.\n\nExperience developing and executing internal communication strategies in an international or multi-location organization.\n\nStrong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to turn complex business topics into clear, engaging and human communication.\n\nExperience with change communications and confidence working with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.\n\nA creative eye and strong visual communication skills, with the ability to bring messages and campaigns to life.\n\nA data-driven mindset, using employee feedback, engagement insights and communication analytics to understand impact and improve.\n\nA hands-on, proactive approach - comfortable moving from strategy to execution and making things happen.\n\nWhat we offer\nA challenging role in a strong, growing international company\n\nA team of more than 500 talented and helpful colleagues from many different countries\n\nRoom for personal growth through training, courses and coaching\n\nA company phone and laptop\n\nHolidays: 25 days, with the option to buy 10 extra days per year, plus an additional day off after Ascension Day\n\nMental Health Day: one flexible day per year to rest, recharge and focus on your wellbeing\n\nSports allowance: €25.00 gross per month\n\nHome-working allowance: €2.00 per day, based on our hybrid way of working (3 days in the office, 2 from home)\n\nInterested?\nIf this role sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you!
