This hybrid role combines delivery excellence with strategic advisory, ensuring that client objectives are met while identifying opportunities for growth and transformation. Responsibilities\nAct as the primary strategic advisor to clients, aligning consulting solutions with business goals.\nLead the planning, execution, and delivery of consulting projects across multiple industries.\nDevelop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted partner throughout the engagement lifecycle.\nDrive business development by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.\nManage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery.\nFacilitate executive-level communications and stakeholder reporting.\nOversee financial performance of engagements, including billing, and forecasting.\nCollaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent delivery standards and client satisfaction.\nSupport strategic transformation initiatives for clients.\nContribute to the development of consulting methodologies, templates, and best practices.\n Qualifications8+ years of experience in strategic consulting and program management within an enterprise client-facing role.\nProven track record managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and executive audiences.\nStrong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and modern project delivery methodologies (Agile, Hybrid, Waterfall).\nSolid technical foundation, including experience with Microsoft technologies and cloud-based solutions.\nExperience managing project financials, including budgets, forecasting, and milestone-based funding.\nDemonstrated strength in client engagement management, including expectation setting, executive communication, risk mitigation, and issue resolution.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills with audiences at all organizational levels.\nAbility to translate complex technical and business concepts into clear, actionable plans and insights.\nConfident decision-maker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nHighly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple concurrent engagements.\nCollaborative leadership style with strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.\nAdditional Knowledge & SkillsProficiency with Microsoft Office tools and Microsoft Project.\nBachelor’s degree preferred.\nPMP, PRINCE2, Agile certification, or equivalent project management education preferred.\nPrior experience delivering Microsoft Cloud projects or working with Microsoft funding programs is a plus.\nAbout the Company Cyclotron is a Microsoft Solutions Partner focused on the modern workplace, data, and AI.
