In this role, you will help build, operate and improve the cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes platform and delivery pipelines that support our security services. The ideal candidate has strong engineering fundamentals across Linux, networking, system architecture and the software development lifecycle, hands-on experience with automation, GitOps, infrastructure as code and containers, and a security-first mindset. You will work closely with development and security teams as part of an Agile team, helping to make our platform more reliable, secure and easier to deliver on.\nResponsibilities\nOperate, maintain and improve production Kubernetes clusters across multiple cloud providers, including upgrades, capacity planning and troubleshooting\n\nBuild and maintain Helm charts and deployment workflows\n\nDesign, build and improve CI/CD pipelines in partnership with development teams\n\nManage releases across development, staging and production environments, including versioning, promotion and rollback\n\nProvision and manage cloud infrastructure as code using Terraform\n\nMonitor platform health and improve metrics, logging, dashboards and alerting\n\nOwn the path a request takes into the platform: DNS, certificates, load balancers, gateways and routing\n\nTreat security as part of the plumbing - secrets, vault and cloud stores, workload identity, single sign-on and least-privilege access\n\nFind and fix vulnerabilities in our images, dependencies and infrastructure, alongside the security team\n\nTroubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues, and participate in the on-call rotation and occasional after-hours maintenance\n\nDocument systems, procedures and runbooks, and share knowledge with peers\n\nRequirements\n4+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, platform or infrastructure engineering, supporting production systems\n\nSolid understanding of the software development lifecycle and modern release practices - multi-environment setups, versioning, branching strategies, blue/green or canary deployments\n\nStrong fundamentals in Linux, networking (DNS, TLS, HTTP, routing, load balancing) and system/service architecture\n\nHands-on experience operating Kubernetes in production, and a solid understanding of containers (Docker) as well as managed services.\n\nExperience authoring and maintaining Helm charts\n\nGitOps experience - ArgoCD, Flux or similar\n\nExperience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI or similar)\n\nInfrastructure as code experience with Terraform or an equivalent\n\nSolid understanding of cloud compute, networking, IAM and storage in at least one major providers\n\nExposure to observability stacks - metrics, logs and alerting.
