The Lead Security Engineer will oversee the daily operations of our Managed Services team. You'll identify risks within engagements and raise any issues with senior management.\nYou will report to Senior Manager IAM.\nResponsibilities\nDemonstrate deep technical proficiency in Identity and Access Management (IAM) Operations, with a focus on Identity Governance and Access Management solutions such as SailPoint ISC, SailPoint IIQ, Saviynt and others.\nLead a team of IAM professionals, promoting a culture and supporting professional growth through development.\nBe the primary contact for clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery, managing expectations.\nOversee delivery of IAM Managed Services, ensuring compliance with Service level agreements, Goals, and industry best practices.\nDesign, implement, and improve operational policies to enhance service quality and delivery efficiency.\nAllocate resources, manage team workloads, and ensure training and support to meet evolving client needs.\nLead incident response and root cause analysis for production issues and IAM tool outages, ensuring resolution within Service level agreement and implementing preventive actions.\nManage projects to improve service quality, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction through data-driven insights and partner feedback.\nDeliver presentations and lead client-facing meetings, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and monthly Goal reporting calls to review progress and identify areas for improvement.\nParticipate in pre-sales engagements by explaining the value and scope of IAM solutions to prospective clients.\nTrack team performance and service metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.\nLead customer-focused environment while managing multiple ongoing projects and operational activities.\nEnsure seamless support coverage for North American and European clients by aligning with their time zones and handling critical incidents as part of on-call responsibilities.\nRequirements\n8+ years of experience in IAM operations with at least 3 years' experience in a similar role\n5+ years of Managed Services operations experience with one of the tools - SailPoint ISC, SailPoint IIQ, Saviynt.\nParticipate in pre-sales discussions with potential clients, understanding their requirements, and working with solution architects to design IAM solutions tailored to their needs.\nDevelop comprehensive Statements of Work for client engagements, outlining project scope, goals, deliverables, and resource requirements.\nKnowledge of IAM solutions, technologies, and industry best practices.\nExperience in client relationship management and Team management skills.\nKnowledge of data analytics methods\nWe consider possession of IGA-related certifications.","description_format":"text","description_chars":3329,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":8,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[{"name":"India","iso":"IN","kind":"country"}],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["Cybersecurity","Information Security","Security Operations"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-10-01T07:33:25Z"}],"liveness":{"score":11,"band":"cold","label":"Long shot","p_open":1,"p_active":0.405,"p_room":0.28,"age_days":100,"expected_fill_days":22,"reasons":["conf:5","win:tail","crowd:"],"computed_at":"2026-10-02T05:45:00Z"},"pay":null,"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/cyderes-lead-security-engineer-iga","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/cyderes-lead-security-engineer-iga.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-10-03T03:56:25Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","usage":{"tier":"crawler","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":3926,"day_limit":5000,"remaining_today":1074,"minute_limit":60,"resets_at":"2026-10-04T00:00:00Z"}}}
