You will drive architecture, design, coding, code reviews, and deployments while also mentoring engineers, assigning work, and providing technical direction.\nYou will also help evolve Cyderes' agentic product development lifecycle, leveraging AI tools such as Claude to accelerate software development and engineering productivity.\nResponsibilities\nLead and mentor a team of 7 software engineers across the U.S. and India.\nDesign, architect, build, and deploy the next-generation Cyderes portal.\nDevelop scalable multi-tenant web applications, APIs, dashboards, reporting, and workflow/ticket management capabilities.\nBuild modern front-end experiences using React, TypeScript, and AWS Amplify.\nDevelop backend services and APIs using Python, Java, and/or Go.\nDrive cloud architecture and application development using AWS.\nProvide hands-on technical leadership through architecture, coding, code reviews, troubleshooting, and production deployments.\nHelp integrate and evolve MDR, Meridian, and other Cyderes capabilities within the new portal.\nEstablish and improve engineering practices using AI-assisted and agentic development, including Claude.\nPartner with Product, Engineering, and other technology leaders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.\nRequirements\n8+ years of software engineering experience with strong hands-on development experience.\nExperience leading engineers as an Engineering Manager, Technical Lead, or similar technical leadership role.\nStrong experience with AWS and cloud-native application development.\nStrong hands-on experience with React and TypeScript.\nProficiency in Python, Java, and/or Go.\nExperience building multi-tenant SaaS/web applications, APIs, dashboards, and reporting applications.\nExperience with AWS Amplify preferred.\nStrong understanding of software architecture, system design, scalability, security, and CI/CD.\nExperience with AI-assisted software development and tools such as Claude preferred.\nStrong communication and mentoring skills with experience leading distributed U.S. and India-based engineering teams.\nCybersecurity, MDR, SOC, or security platform experience is a
