Participation in an on-call rotation is required.\nResponsibilities\nFixed Term Contract 3 Months with possible extension. \nAdminister, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot PingFederate in enterprise production environments.\n\nSupport SSO and identity federation using SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect (OIDC).\n\nConfigure and troubleshoot PingFederate IdP/SP connections, authentication adapters, policies, and integrations.\n\nSupport integrations with Active Directory, LDAP, Microsoft Entra ID, and enterprise applications.\n\nInvestigate authentication failures, token issues, certificate errors, and federation outages.\n\nProvide Level 2/Level 3 production support, incident management, and root cause analysis.\n\nPerform platform upgrades, patches, configuration changes, and system health monitoring.\n\nCollaborate with IAM, security, and infrastructure teams to improve platform performance and reliability.\n\nMaintain technical documentation and support disaster recovery and change management activities.\n\nRequirements\n5-7+ years of experience in IT application support, IAM, or enterprise authentication.\n\nStrong hands-on PingFederate administration, configuration, and troubleshooting experience.\n\nSolid knowledge of SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and enterprise SSO.\n\nExperience with PingFederate federation connections, authentication policies, and application integrations.\n\nWorking knowledge of UNIX/Linux, Active Directory, LDAP, and Microsoft Entra ID.\n\nExperience with JSON, PowerShell, Git, and regular expressions.\n\nStrong production support, incident management, and troubleshooting skills.\n\nBachelor's degree, technical certification, or equivalent experience.\n\nExperience with PingAccess, PingDirectory, or PingOne.\n\nExperience with PingFederate upgrades, migrations, and high-availability environments.\n\nKnowledge of PKI, certificates, encryption, networking, and security protocols.\n\nExperience supporting large-scale enterprise IAM
