Lead Security Engineer.\nResponsibilities\nProvide L2 and L3 operational support for SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC).\nTroubleshoot and resolve complex incidents, service requests, and platform-related issues.\nPerform configuration updates, connector management, workflows, transforms, rules, and lifecycle event troubleshooting.\nSupport application onboarding, provisioning, access requests, certifications, and identity lifecycle management.\nCollaborate with engineering and development teams to resolve product and integration issues.\nEngage directly with customers, lead technical discussions, and provide regular service updates.\nCreate service improvements, automation plans, and knowledge management activities.\nParticipate in root cause analysis (RCA), problem management, and implementation of preventive measures.\nRequirements\n 5+ years of overall experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) / Identity Governance and Administration (IGA).\n Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC).\nHands-on experience in SailPoint ISC operations, administration, and managed services.\nExperience supporting L2/L3 incidents in an enterprise IAM/IGA environment.\nIn-depth knowledge of ISC modules, including Identity Lifecycle Management, Access Requests, Access Certifications, Provisioning, Roles, Policies, Workflows, Transforms, Rules, and Application Integrations.\nExperience troubleshooting connectors, REST APIs, identity synchronisation, aggregation, provisioning, and lifecycle-related issues.\nExperience with application onboarding, connector configuration, and integration best practices.\nExperience working in a Managed Services environment supporting global customers.\n SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) certification is an added
