We build and evolve the visual language across campaigns, digital experiences, events, content, social, product storytelling, internal initiatives, and more. We’re a collaborative team that cares deeply about strong ideas, thoughtful craft, and creating work that feels distinctive and consistent - while continuing to push the brand forward.\nAbout the role\nWe’re looking for a Brand Designer to join our global design team in New York and help shape the next chapter of Cyera’s visual identity. You’ll work across a wide range of brand projects - from campaigns and digital experiences to events, launches, social, and physical brand moments. This role is about more than applying an existing system. We’re looking for someone who can understand the principles behind the brand, use them with confidence, and find thoughtful ways to extend them. You’ll collaborate closely with designers and partners across marketing, product, content, events, and other teams to turn ideas into clear, memorable visual experiences.\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\nOwn brand design projects from concept through execution across digital and physical touchpoints.\nCreate strong visual concepts for campaigns, launches, events, social, web, and internal initiatives.\nApply and evolve Cyera’s visual system while maintaining a consistent and recognizable brand.\nDevelop campaign-specific graphic languages using typography, imagery, illustration, iconography, color, and other visual elements.\nCollaborate closely with cross-functional partners to understand briefs, explore directions, and bring ideas to life.\nUse emerging AI tools as part of the creative process to explore, prototype, iterate, and improve design workflows.\nPresent your work clearly, explain your thinking, and contribute actively to design critiques and creative discussions.\nRequirements\nQUALIFICATIONS\nMust-haves\n3+ years of professional experience in brand design, visual communication, or a related field, with a strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and high-quality execution.\nStrong typography, composition, hierarchy, and visual storytelling skills.\nExperience developing visual concepts and extending them across multiple formats and touchpoints.\nHighly proficient in Figma, and Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).\nand comfortable working across modern creative tools and workflows.\nComfortable using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, image-generation tools, or similar platforms as part of the design and ideation process.\nComfortable working within an established brand system while knowing when and how to push it further.\nAble to take a project from an early brief or idea through exploration, refinement, and final execution.\nStrong communication skills and the ability to articulate creative decisions clearly.\nOrganized, self-directed, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-moving environment.\nNice-to-haves\nExperience creating visual identities and brand experiences for events, conferences, or large-scale activations, including translating a concept across digital, environmental, signage, stage, and physical applications.\nExperience with motion design or animation.\nExperience working on integrated campaigns across digital, social, print, and physical touchpoints.\nExperience collaborating with production partners, fabricators, or external agencies.\nCuriosity about emerging creative technology and new ways of building and scaling brand experiences.\nCOMPENSATION INFORMATION:\nCompensation Range: $130,000-$160,000.\nThis compensation range represents Cyera’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of posting, and Cyera may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.
