THE OPPORTUNITY

We're hiring a Senior Comms Manager, Product & Partner Communications to shape the narrative aligned with our corporate narrative and run external comms strategy for every major product launch and strategic partnership. This role will partner closely with Product Marketing, Strategic Alliances, Content/Social, collaborating with partner comms teams, on the roadmap, partnerships, and programs to build a comms strategy that resonates with our priority audiences and elevates Cyera’s position in the market.

This role demands creative storytelling and flawless execution in equal measure. You'll operate with real autonomy and know exactly when to loop in leadership for alignment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Own communications strategy and execution for all product launches and updates-messaging development, press strategy, and internal alignment-ensuring product narrative connects clearly into Cyera's broader corporate story.
• Partner closely with Product and Product Marketing teams to understand technical roadmaps and turn them into simple external narratives that resonate.
• Manage the full partner PR process, from messaging and materials creation to cross-functional reviews and press strategy, ensuring consistency and quality across all deliverables and working closely with internal teams.
• Work hand-in-hand with Cyera's PR agencies to run high-impact media programs, while personally owning select journalist relationships and day-to-day media engagement that actually get us covered.
• Support the executive comms function with talking points and suggested leadership positioning for product- and partner-specific moments, partnering closely with the broader comms team.
• Track and report on product- and partner-specific coverage, insights, and engagement; use the data to sharpen future campaigns and outreach strategies.

Requirements

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 6+ years of experience in B2B technology communications, including a strong foundation in product PR and/or partner marketing; security experience a plus.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear messaging; deep understanding of the enterprise landscape and media ecosystem.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and external PR agencies in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Comfortable managing multiple launches, deadlines, and partner needs simultaneously, with strong project management skills.
• Strong writer and editor, comfortable moving between varying materials whether that’s a press release, executive LinkedIn post, or media talking points.

COMPENSATION INFORMATION:

Compensation Range: $155,000-190,000.

This compensation range represents Cyera’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of posting, and Cyera may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. The final salary for this position will be determined in Cyera’s sole discretion, consistent with applicable law, and based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the employee’s work experience, skills, and qualifications for the role, as well as the needs of Cyera’s business and other operational considerations.

Final compensation will vary based on seniority and relevance of experience, location, and position requirements.

This role may be eligible for potential merit increases based on factors such as individual or company performance, time in role, and other discretionary factors.
