Operating as the highest technical tier supporting both pre-sale and post-sale efforts, the team works closely with R&D, Product, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success. Solution Architects lead complex implementations, guide architectural decisions, and directly shape the evolution of our product. In this role, you’ll act as a technical leader and domain owner, bridging the gap between the field and R&D. You’ll work hands-on with customers during pre-sale and post-sale engagements, designing and implementing solutions, resolving technical challenges, and influencing the roadmap based on real-world needs. Your expertise will help improve internal processes, shape product capabilities, and enable scalable success across the organization.\nWhat You’ll Do\nAct as the senior technical point of contact for complex customer engagements across pre-sale and post-sale efforts.\nPartner with customers to design and implement technical solutions that align with security, compliance, and operational requirements.\nLead Proof of Value and production rollout initiatives, ensuring smooth implementation and strong adoption.\nOwn a product domain, working closely with R&D to resolve friction, contribute to roadmap development, and drive ecosystem growth.\nBuild reusable solution assets including internal documentation, technical guides, automation scripts, and enablement content.\nCollaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing to drive platform adoption and customer success.\nTroubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across data sources, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise systems.\nContinuously improve internal workflows, tooling, and best practices to support a growing customer base and field team.\nRequirements\nWho You Are\nMust-Haves\nProven experience as a Solution Architect, Senior Sales Engineer, or similar technical role in a SaaS, security, or cloud-native company.\nstrong background as a Software development - a must\nStrong background in solutioning, systems integration, and customer-facing technical delivery.\nProficiency in data analysis and querying (e.g., SQL) and comfort working across distributed systems and cloud environments.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence both technical and business stakeholders.\nStrong ownership mindset-you take initiative, work independently, and thrive in fast-moving environments.\nExperience collaborating with R&D and Product teams to resolve customer friction and improve product capabilities.\nNice-to-Haves\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related technical field.\nExperience working on or supporting security-focused SaaS platforms.\nFamiliarity with automation, scripting, and internal tooling development.\n Industry certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, CISSP, CCSP) and experience with enterprise-scale deployments.\nWhy Join Us?\nAt Cyera, we care about collaboration, innovation, and agility.
