Our customers manage petabytes of cloud assets and sensitive data, and you'll build systems that extract insights and deliver them through AI, APIs, and intuitive user experiences.\nCollaborate closely with Product Managers to shape product direction, with UI/UX designers to craft exceptional AI-powered experiences, and with engineering teams across the company to integrate AI capabilities throughout the platform.\nContinuously improve performance, reliability, developer productivity, and the quality of our AI systems while maintaining a high engineering bar.\nDeliver meaningful customer value quickly without compromising quality.\nRequirements\n4+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer.\n2+ years of engineering management experience.\nExperience building AI agents or LLM-powered applications is a strong advantage. This includes practical experience with one or more of the following areas: agent frameworks, tool use, orchestration, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), memory, guardrails, evaluation, or similar production AI capabilities.\nDeep knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and strong expertise in React, Vue.js, or a similar frontend framework.\nBackend expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, Java, Scala, Python, Ruby, .NET, or similar technologies, with the ability and willingness to learn new ones.\nAbility to provide technical leadership and drive architectural decisions.\nStrong product and customer orientation, with a passion for building solutions that create real customer value.\nExcellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with a passion for helping engineers grow.\nWhy Join Us?\nAt Cyera, we own what we build and how we work.
