Backed by the world’s leading investors and working with a large and growing list of Fortune 1000 companies, we are looking for world-class talent to join us as we usher in the new era of data and AI security.\nAbout the Role\n We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Payroll Accountant to join our payroll team.\nIn this role, you will be involved in the end-to-end payroll process and day-to-day payroll operations, working closely with employees, HR, Finance, and external providers.\nThis role requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, a strong sense of responsibility, and a service-oriented approach, along with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.\nWhat You’ll Do\nSupport the end-to-end monthly payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payroll execution.\nCollect, review, validate, and update payroll data in the payroll system.\nProcess and maintain payroll records for new hires, employee changes, and terminations.\nHandle employee termination processes and related payroll documentation, including Form 161.\nManage and update pension and benefit-related payroll data and perform ongoing reconciliations.\nReview and process attendance, vacation, sick leave, and other absence data.\nPerform payroll validations, reconciliations, and control checks to ensure data accuracy and completeness.\nPrepare periodic and ad-hoc payroll reports as required.\nSupport the preparation of regulatory and annual forms, including Forms 101 and 106.\nAssist employees with payroll-related questions and provide professional, timely, and service-oriented support.\nWork closely with HR, Finance, and external payroll and pension providers.\nIdentify discrepancies and payroll issues, investigate their root causes, and follow through until resolution.\nSupport ongoing payroll process improvements and automation initiatives.\nEnsure payroll activities are performed in accordance with company policies and applicable Israeli payroll regulations.\nWhat You’ll Bring\n4+ years of hands-on experience in Israeli payroll.\nAt least 2 years of hands-on experience working with the Hilan payroll system -
