You’ll work with engineering, data science, security, and go-to-market teams to build impactful solutions that drive Cyera’s mission forward.\nThis role is broad and flexible, welcoming candidates from various backgrounds who have experience building scalable SaaS products, cloud-based platforms, security tools, or data-driven applications. We want to hear from you whether your expertise lies in product strategy, system architecture, API development, cloud security, AI/ML, or enterprise SaaS.\nWhat You’ll Do\nDefine and execute product strategy, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals.\nWork closely with engineering teams to develop technical solutions that are scalable, secure, and easy to use.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, UI/UX, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, to bring features from concept to launch.\nTranslate complex technical challenges into product requirements and user-friendly solutions.\nOwn the product roadmap, prioritize features, and drive execution while balancing speed and quality.\nLead go-to-market efforts, ensuring successful adoption, engagement, and impact.\nStay ahead of industry trends in cloud computing, data security, and AI-driven automation to inform future product direction.\nUse data and customer insights to continuously optimize and improve the product experience.\nRequirements\nWho You Are\nMust-Haves\n3+ years experience in Enterprise SaaS Products: Experience in B2B SaaS, data platforms, security solutions, or cloud-native applications.\n3+ years of experience in software development.\nCloud & Infrastructure: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and how modern cloud architectures operate.\nAI & Data: Interest or experience in AI/ML, data security, analytics, or automation-driven products.\nSecurity & Compliance: Understanding of cybersecurity, risk management, DLP (Data Loss Prevention), or compliance frameworks.\nAPI & System Architecture: Experience working with APIs, integrations, or developer-focused products.\nBig Data & Analytics: Knowledge of data processing, governance, or large-scale distributed systems.\nStrong understanding of security analyst workflows and incident investigation tools\nExperience with on-prem file storage environments (e.g. Netapp, Dell Isilon) and their security challenges\nExperience with data governance and/or data catalog tools, such as Colibra, Alation, or Atlan; Familiarity with data lineage and governance concepts (authoritative sources, report derivation, impact analysis)\nKnowledge of database security use cases, including privileged access monitoring, query auditing, and compliance requirements\nNice-to-Haves\nStrong technical intuition with the ability to communicate effectively with engineers and technical stakeholders.\nExperience working with product-led growth strategies or driving adoption through UX and automation.\nAbility to analyze product usage data to inform decision-making.\nPassion for solving real-world security challenges and helping organizations gain better control over their data.\n*This position is open for several roles.\nWhy Join Us?\nAt Cyera, we own what we build and how we work.
