We’re hiring mission-driven talent to put those leaders at the center of our story.\nTHE OPPORTUNITY\nAs a Sales Engineering Manager, you will play a critical role in leading our sales engineering team, collaborating with our sales, product, R&D teams, and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of technical expertise and support. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that demonstrate the value and capabilities of Cyera's DSPM solution to prospective clients, ultimately driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\nLead and manage the sales engineering team, providing mentorship, guidance, and career development opportunities.\nCollaborate with the sales and R&D teams to identify and qualify opportunities, understand customer needs, and develop tailored technical solutions.\nDesign and deliver compelling technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept engagements to showcase the value of our data security solutions.\nWork closely with the product development team to stay informed about the latest features, enhancements, and future product roadmaps.\nServe as a technical advisor and trusted resource for customers, addressing technical questions and concerns throughout the sales cycle.\nDevelop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.\nStay current with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategies and product development.\nCreate and maintain technical documentation, including solution architectures, technical proposals, and case studies.\nParticipate in industry events, conferences, and webinars to promote our solutions and thought leadership.\nRequirements\nREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.\nMinimum of 7-10 years of experience in sales engineering or a related technical role, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership capacity.\nPrevious Cloud, TDR, CASB, DLP or data security experience.\nStrong knowledge in one of the three major cloud provider environments related to roles/permissions/API (AWS and/or Azure preferred). \nFundamental understanding of: ML/AI, Data Regulatory Frameworks, Privacy and Data Retention programs.\nFundamental network & database experience.\nProven track record of successfully leading and managing a sales engineering team in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.\nExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.\nStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to address customer challenges.\nWillingness to travel as needed (up to 75%) to support sales efforts and customer engagements.\nDesired Certifications (one or more with higher level being the most preferred):\nAWS Certified Cloud Practitioner - Foundational or Microsoft Certified Azure Fundamental\nAWS Solution Architect - Associate or Professional\nAWS Cloud Security Engineer or Architect\nAzure Administrator Associate\nAzure Security Engineer Associate\nAzure Solutions Architect\nCCSP - Certified Cloud Security Professional\nCOMPENSATION INFORMATION:\nThe compensation package represents total cash compensation, and may include incentive for sales roles, equity or benefits, as applicable.\nThis compensation range represents Cyera’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of posting, and Cyera may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.
