Backed by leading investors and working with a large and growing list of Fortune 1000 companies, we’re ushering in a new era of data and AI security.\nAs a Senior Full-Stack Engineer on Platform Infrastructure, you’ll build the shared platform that helps Cyera’s teams develop and operate customer-facing applications. The role spans the full stack, with most of the work in backend systems, cloud infrastructure, and operations.\nResponsibilities\nBuild and evolve shared platform foundations across the data lake, APIs, authentication, and authorization.\nImprove the foundations of our APIs by addressing data model and database challenges and reducing boilerplate, so teams can focus on business logic.\nDesign, build, and operate shared infrastructure for customer-facing applications, including cloud infrastructure, webhooks, API gateways, CDNs, and CI/CD.\nImprove availability, stability, and performance across our web applications and services through sound architecture, production monitoring, and observability.\nIdentify, document, and communicate technical improvements; help define clear interfaces, ownership boundaries, and standards across product teams.\nCollaborate closely with engineering teams - including backend, QA, and infrastructure - and with product, design, CSE, and SA partners to understand and challenge needs and translate them into practical technical solutions.\nLead and contribute to cross-team engineering initiatives as an individual contributor. Clarify ambiguous goals, break work into practical plans, surface risks early, and keep stakeholders informed.\nRequirements\nAt least 7 years of experience as a full-stack engineer.\nDeep knowledge of JavaScript and strong expertise in React, Vue.js, or a similar frontend stack.\nExperience with backend development technologies such as Node.js, TypeScript, Java, Scala, Python, Ruby, .NET, and similar technologies, and a willingness to learn new technologies.\nExperience building and operating customer-facing applications and services on fast-scaling, complex systems, with a focus on high availability, stability, performance, and security, including production monitoring and observability (such as Sentry).\nStrong experience with cloud infrastructure, authentication and authorization, CI/CD, and distributed systems.\nMindset and care for high-quality feature delivery & communication with stakeholders.\nExperience with webhooks infrastructure, CDNs, and API gateways.\nAbility to lead projects independently, establish technical standards, communicate effectively, and keep stakeholders updated.\nDriven by impact and eager to create customer value.\nExperience building platforms for multiple products or teams, scaling customer-facing APIs, or building and operating data lakes is a plus.\nWhy join us?\nAt Cyera, we care about collaboration, innovation, and agility.
