We’re hiring mission-driven talent to put those leaders at the center of our story.\nTHE OPPORTUNITY\nWe're looking for a Solution Architect to be the technical and strategic bridge between Cyera Identity and our prospects and customers. You'll develop a deep command of the Cyera Identity platform, lead high-impact discovery and design sessions, and craft architectures that map complex enterprise environments to clear business outcomes.\nThe role covers both pre-sales and post-sales: deal architecture, then deployment, rollout and closing the loop on capabilities with live customers. You'll collaborate closely with Sales, Product, executive leadership and founders, and help create repeatable approaches and assets that raise the bar for our go-to-market motion. \nRESPONSIBILITIES:\nDiscovery & Solution Architecture: Lead technical discovery, assess customer environments, and design end-to-end solutions that align Cyera Identity capabilities to enterprise needs across cloud, identity, and security programs.\nCompelling Demos & Deep Dives: Deliver crisp, technically rigorous demos and workshops that make complex concepts simple for both technical stakeholders and executive decision-makers.\nTechnical Strategy for Strategic Deals: Partner with Sales leadership on high-impact pursuits, shaping strategy, building bespoke prototypes / POCs, and guiding evaluation criteria to successful outcomes.\nField-to-Product Feedback Loop: Translate customer needs into actionable insights for Product; influence roadmap priorities with clear problem statements and repeatable solution patterns.\nPartner Enablement: Equip partners with technical know-how, patterns, and enablement materials to accelerate joint wins and scalable deployments.\nArtifacts & Best Practices: Create high-quality reference architectures, playbooks, and reusable assets that uplevel the broader GTM and CS teams.\nRequirements\nREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:\nTechnical depth from customer-facing, engineering or product roles.\nDemonstrated ability to get deeply technical and explain complex systems simply to varied audiences - from IAM leaders to C-suite decision-makers.\nBackground in Cybersecurity and/or Identity strongly preferred; experience with IAM/PAM, secrets management, and/or cloud security is a plus.\nProven experience designing architectures, building POCs, and producing crisp technical collateral (reference designs, playbooks, etc).\nComfort partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and (as needed) R&D - field-oriented with strong customer empathy and bias for action.\nExcellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills; confident leading strategic conversations and aligning diverse stakeholders.\nLocation: US-based; East Coast/Eastern Time preferred. Willingness to travel to customers and events as needed.\nCOMPENSATION INFORMATION:\nCompensation Range: $200,000-$250,000\nThe range represents total compensation, and may include incentive for sales roles, equity or benefits, as applicable.\nThis compensation range represents Cyera’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of posting, and Cyera may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. The final salary for this position will be determined in Cyera’s sole discretion, consistent with applicable law, and based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the employee’s work experience, skills, and qualifications for the role, as well as the needs of Cyera’s business and other operational considerations.\nFinal compensation will vary based on seniority and relevance of experience, location, and position requirements.\nThis role may be eligible for potential merit increases based on factors such as individual or company performance, time in role, and other discretionary factors.
