Currently, CYGNI seeks your application for Engineer - Service for earliest joining.\nLocation: Maheshwaram, Hyderabad (TS)\nResponsible for centralized monitoring and coordination of BESS operations through cloud-based platforms, BMS/EMS data and MIS systems. The role will act as a key interface between the client, field service engineers and internal technical teams, ensuring timely monitoring, tracking and closure of complaints, installations and service activities.\nThe position will also be responsible for engineer performance monitoring, service MIS, complaint dashboards, client reporting and escalation management, with periodic field visits to understand site conditions and support critical issues.\nKey Responsibilities\nMonitor the performance and health of BESS / Battery Systems through cloud-based monitoring platforms on a daily basis.\nMonitor and analyse BMS/EMS parameters, alarms, faults, SOC, SOH, voltage, temperature and other critical battery parameters.\nPerform preliminary remote diagnostics and troubleshooting based on cloud data, BMS logs and system alarms.\nCoordinate with field service engineers for complaint resolution, installations, commissioning, breakdowns and preventive maintenance activities.\nAllocate and track service complaints, ensuring engineers are progressing against defined TAT/SLA.\nMonitor individual engineer performance, including complaint response time, resolution TAT, pending complaints, site visits, installation progress and service productivity.\nMaintain and publish daily/weekly/monthly MIS covering complaints, installations, breakdowns, pending cases, closures, TAT compliance and engineer performance.\nPrepare client-facing dashboards and status reports for complaints, installations, commissioning and overall BESS fleet performance.\nAct as the primary coordination point with key clients for service updates, complaint status, installation progress and escalations.\nCollect regular feedback from clients and field engineers and ensure action points are tracked to closure.\nPublish periodic complaint and installation status reports to clients with clear ageing, current status, action plan and expected closure dates.\nIdentify recurring complaints, abnormal battery behaviour and performance trends from cloud/MIS data and escalate them to the appropriate technical/quality teams.\nCoordinate with Engineering, Quality, Product, Logistics and Service teams for resolution of critical or recurring issues.\nMaintain accurate service databases, complaint trackers, installation trackers and BESS asset/service history.\nEnsure timely updating and closure of service orders based on field reports and supporting documents.\nSupport preparation of preliminary RCA reports by providing BMS/Cloud data, event logs, historical trends and field feedback.\nParticipate in customer review meetings and present service performance, complaint ageing, installation status, key issues and action plans.\nConduct field visits when required to understand critical complaints, verify site conditions, support engineers and coordinate with customers.\nEnsure all service and reporting activities comply with defined SOPs, TATs, SLAs and customer requirements.\nMaintain confidentiality and integrity of customer, BESS and operational data.\nKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)\nComplaint closure within defined TAT/SLA\nAccuracy and timeliness of MIS & client reporting\nCloud monitoring coverage and response to critical alarms\nEngineer productivity and performance tracking\nInstallation/commissioning status accuracy\nPending complaint ageing and reduction\nCustomer feedback and satisfaction\nTimely escalation and closure of critical issues\nAccuracy of BMS/EMS data analysis and reporting\nRequired Knowledge & Competencies\nWorking knowledge of BESS, Lithium-ion Batteries, BMS and EMS.\nGood understanding of cloud-based BESS monitoring platforms and remote diagnostics.\nStrong knowledge of MIS, Excel, dashboards and data analysis.\nAbility to analyse BMS data, alarms, event logs and battery performance trends.\nGood understanding of service operations, complaint management and field-service processes.\nStrong coordination and communication skills for dealing with clients, engineers and internal departments.\nAbility to prepare professional client presentations, MIS reports and management dashboards.\nStrong analytical, follow-up and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to manage multiple complaints, installations and stakeholders simultaneously.\nWillingness to travel to customer sites
