Currently, CYGNI seeks your application for Sr. Engineer - Maintenance for earliest joining.\nLocation: Maheshwaram, Hyderabad (TS)\nRole: Maintenance Sr. Engineer\nResponsibilities:\n1. Shift Work & Emergency Support\nWork in rotational shifts (Day/Night) as per factory requirements.\nBe available on-call 24x7 to attend critical breakdowns and emergencies.\nEnsure quick response time for urgent machine failures affecting production.\n2. Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance\nPerform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on key equipment:\nCell grading, sorting, and scanning machines\nAutomatic welding machines\nCharging/discharging load banks, test benches\nLeak test (IP67) machines\nGantry cranes, pallet lifters, and stoppers\nHVAC VRV units, TFA, and AHU systems\nTroubleshoot and repair equipment promptly to minimize downtime.\nMaintain detailed records of maintenance activities and spare parts used.\nPLC programing\n3. Equipment Monitoring & Data Logging\nMonitor equipment performance and report anomalies.\nAssist in logging maintenance data, load bank readings, and machine cycle counts.\nSupport predictive maintenance by tracking recurring faults.\n4. Power & Diesel Consumption Monitoring\nTake daily power consumption readings from the energy meters.\nRecord diesel consumption readings for DG sets.\nMaintain logs for diesel stock levels and ensure timely refueling.\nReport unusual power consumption spikes or fuel inefficiencies.\n5. DG Set Operations & Maintenance\nConduct daily/weekly inspections of DG sets.\nCheck oil levels, coolant levels, battery voltage, and fuel levels.\nEnsure proper load management while switching between mains and DG.\nReport and assist in troubleshooting DG-related faults like startup issues, overheating, or load imbalance.\nMaintain DG runtime logs and ensure compliance with maintenance schedules.\n6. Spare Parts & Tools Management\nMaintain inventory of essential spare parts and tools.\nCoordinate with stores for timely requisition of spare parts.\nEnsure proper handling and storage of tools.\n7. Safety & Compliance\nFollow all safety protocols while handling high-voltage and mechanical systems.\nEnsure compliance with factory maintenance SOPs.\nConduct basic safety checks on electrical panels, ACBs, and compressed air systems.\n8. Pneumatic & Electrical Systems Maintenance\nAssist in troubleshooting pneumatic system issues, including compressors and actuators.\nSupport electrical maintenance, including transformer upkeep and ACB inspections.\nPerform cable management and check for loose connections or overheating.\n9. HVAC & Utility Maintenance\nConduct basic maintenance of VRV, cassette AC units, and ventilation systems.\nAssist in TFA and AHU unit filter cleaning and airflow adjustments.\n10.
