Metadata & Lineage Integration\nConnect Collibra with enterprise systems:\nETL/ELT Tools: Informatica, Talend, dbt, Airflow\nData Lake / DWH: Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, Oracle\nCore Banking Systems: CASA, Trade, Treasury, Payments, Channels\nDevelop automated metadata ingestion pipelines (API, JDBC, custom scripts).\nMap and trace end-to-end lineage from source → transformation → consumption systems. 3. Data Governance & Regulatory Alignment\nWork with the Japanese Bank’s DMO on MAS-aligned data governance requirements (MAS 610/649, BCBS 239).\nSupport creation and maintenance of Business Glossary, Data Dictionary, and ownership models:\nData Owners\nData Stewards\nTechnical Owners\nPerform metadata quality checks and lineage validation. 4. Stakeholder & Delivery Management\nEngage with the Japanese Bank’s Data Governance, Compliance, Risk, and Technology teams.\nProvide technical SME guidance, defect remediation, and enhancement support.\nPrepare weekly progress reports, risks, issues, and present to the bank’s DMO / Delivery Lead.\nContribute to DATA delivery governance with FSI Delivery Head.\nRequired Skills & Experience\n 1. Technical Skills\n3-6 years hands-on experience with Collibra (Catalog, Data Lineage, Glossary, Workflow).\nStrong understanding of:\nMetadata models & governance frameworks\nCollibra DGC concepts\nCustom lineage creation\nIntegration via REST API, Edge, Lineage Harvesting tools\nExperience in mapping lineage for financial data flows (preferred).\nProficiency in SQL and metadata extraction from databases & ETL pipelines.\nKnowledge of Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) is a plus. 2. Domain Knowledge\nFunctional understanding of Banking & FSI systems: CASA, Loan, Trade, Treasury, GL, Payments, Channels.\nFamiliarity with MAS regulatory reporting, risk controls, or Data Governance programs. 3. Soft Skills\nClear communication with senior stakeholders.\nStrong documentation and reporting capability.\nAbility to work independently under strict timelines.\nPositive, client-focused mindset; protects NTT’s reputation. 4.
