This role will report directly to the COO with dotted line to project teams in the Philippines, Middle East, North America.\nYou will have a proven track record of strategic leadership and a deep understanding of delivery operations. You will excel in team management, demonstrating the ability to motivate, mentor, and develop high-performing teams. Additionally, as the Director you will exhibit strong problem-solving skills, a knack for optimizing processes, and a keen eye for efficiency. You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, to lead cross-functional teams and foster a culture of continuous improvement.\nResponsibilities\nManage relationship with existing or new clients within own vertical\n\nEnsure client implementations are planned, resourced and delivered at par with company standards\n\nEnsure clients become referenceable\n\nSet strategic direction for team, office, or country\n\nCoach, mentor and develop next line of leaders\n\nResponsible for applying expert knowledge of implementation and large project process, providing strategic direction, making decisions and solving complex problems to ensure that business moves forward while managing strategic business consultants in different levels\n\nEnsure that resources are allocated based on project demand, proactively lead the identification & design and implementation of process improvements\n\nMakes tactical day to day and long term strategic decisions and is accountable for all activities performed by his own vertical and team\n\nManagement of operational and business metrics\n\nCreate, present, communicate and follow up on strategic plans of all kinds. Approve and use capital to execute business strategy\n\nIdentify and drive improvements in Delivery departments process skills\n\nAbility to coach, guide and mentor team members\n\nDemonstrate multiple business process expertise within one industry or more\n\nCreate and improve reusable assets such as datasets, policies, knowledge assets\n\nIdentify, develop and close new business opportunities and work with Sales as appropriate\n\nModel and set the company’s culture, values, and behavior\n\nRequirements\nMinimum 15+ years experience in Professional Services\n\nAt least 10 years consulting experience in systems implementation and integration, process re-engineering or related\n\nAt least 10 years experience in ERP preferably NetSuite\n\nProject Management experience\n\nAt least 10 years management experience in handling several teams\n\nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple resources across multiple locations who are working on complex projects and tasks simultaneously in one or two industries\n\nStrong understanding of ERP Implementation preferably NetSuite\n\nAbility to manage team onsite and remotely\n\nStrong understanding of technology implementation\n\nStrong understanding of business analytics, business intelligence and financial performance management\n\nStrong understanding of P&L statement\n\nStrong ability in managing small, medium and large scale projects\n\nManagement of medium to large team in different regions and countries\n\nWillingness and desire to travel.
