Culture Building\nLead and integrate the Philippines HR team, ensuring effective collaboration with global HR Centres of Excellence (COE) to deliver local agendas.\n\nBuild and drive a high-performance culture, focusing on diversity, inclusion, and wellbeing.\n\nContinuously improve HR processes, leveraging metrics and analytics to facilitate decision-making.\n\nOperational Excellence and Compliance\nEnsure legal compliance with labor laws and implement both global and local HR policies.\n\nHandle employee relations casework, including investigations, dispute resolutions, disciplinary actions, grievances, and redundancies.\n\nPartner with HR Operations for seamless execution of HR services and address escalations as needed.\n\nTalent Management and Development \nPartner with Talent Acquisition driving talent acquisition efforts to attract and retain top talent, ensuring alignment with business needs.\n\nDevelop and maintain a robust talent pipeline, manage succession planning, and address capability assessments.\n\nCoach leaders to address performance issues and deliver effective feedback, building performance management capabilities.\n\nSupport learning and development initiatives to enhance skill sets and prepare the workforce for future challenges.\n\nPartner with Early Careers to build university partnerships and lead talent attraction events to drive student pipelines for the client’s internship and graduate programs.\n\nWhat You Will Bring:\nDegree and professionally qualified in HR or related field.\n\nExtensive hands-on experience in HR generalist roles, providing both operational and strategic support in a global, matrixed organization.\n\nStrong knowledge & experience in local labor laws and employee relations\n\nPrevious experience in sectors such as Technology or Engineering is advantageous.\n\nStrong personal integrity and ability to handle highly confidential information.\n\nDemonstrated ability to communicate and influence effectively in a dynamic, international environment.\n\nProven problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues and drive appropriate solutions.\n\nAbility to work independently with a proactive approach, prioritizing effectively amid multiple priorities.\n\nComfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with a high level of
