project progress, team performance, risks, dependencies, and outstanding tasks.\n\nManage project scope and change requests, including their impact on cost and timelines.\n\nCoordinate with customers and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain clear communication.\n\nOrganize progress meetings and maintain accurate minutes, action items, and status reports.\n\nCoordinate UAT, customer approvals, go-live readiness, and project acceptance.\n\nEnsure complete documentation and a structured handover to the support team.\n\nCoach team members and improve implementation practices.\n\nRequirements\n\nDemonstrated experience managing Odoo ERP implementations and delivering agreed project outcomes.\n\nAccounting qualification with a strong understanding of financial processes and controls.\n\nGood knowledge of Odoo business workflows across Accounting, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, and Manufacturing.\n\nProven ability to manage teams, allocate workloads, resolve conflicts, and monitor performance.\n\nStrong planning, analytical, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.\n\nAbility to manage multiple projects and customer expectations.\n\nProject management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or an equivalent qualification is an advantage.\n\nWillingness to travel for customer meetings and implementation activities.\n\nLead successful ERP
