You will work from scratch on core platform components from day one, shaping how modern enterprises manage and reason about risk using cloud-native systems and AI-driven analysis and automated enforcement through AI Agents.\nTasks\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop and maintain backend applications using Go\nDesign and optimize cloud-based solutions using AWS services (EC2, Lambda, S3, SQS, SNS, etc.)\nDesign, use and manage databases, including PostgreSQL, Neo4J, Redis, and Elasticsearch\nDevelop, manage, and optimize containerized applications using Docker\nAutomate processes using Bash/Python scripting\nOptimize and maintain RESTful APIs, ensuring security and performance\nWork closely with frontend engineers, DevOps, and product team to deliver robust applications\nMonitor, debug, and improve backend performance, reliability, and scalability\nImplement caching, messaging queues, and event-driven architectures where needed\nBuild whole platform from scratch\nRequirements\nMust have skills\n5+ years of GoLang experience\nHands-on coding mentality; can build things from scratch and familiar with different architectures\nHands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes (EKS) and containerized workloads\nExperience designing RESTful and gRPC APIs and using frameworks like Gin\nHands-on experience with messaging systems (e.g., SQS, Kafka)\nExperience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or similar)\nExperience operating PostgreSQL (RDS / Aurora), Neo4J(or similar)\nExperience with AI agents, LLM-based systems, MCP, RAG, Prompts, Embeddings, Vector, etc\nExperience with AI stack (AWS Bedrock, LangChain, pgvector or similar)\nExperience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)\nExperience with monitoring, logging, observability (Grafana, OpenTelemetry, Prometheus)\nAbility to troubleshoot production issues end to end\nExperience with Coding CoPilots (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, AWS CodeWhisperer, Codex, etc.)\nExperience supporting production SaaS platforms\nStrong understanding of SaaS integrations and app-to-app permission flows\nHigh ownership mentality, startup mindset, and ability to move quickly\nExperience in startup or scale-up environments\nLow ego, high commitment, and a true tech startup mentality\nStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment\nExcellent English communication skills\nBenefits\nBenefits\nFounding Team Member Equity -
