Candidates should have experience with all major MRO activities to support the development of a new application for tracking Engine Manual revisions, workflows, change requests, and process plans.\n8. Should update applicable Repair Work-Instructions (Operation & Step Level) in SOLUMINA G8 for Engine Manual revision (SPM, CIR, special process) – aircraft engines\n9. Review and amend Repair SOLUMINA G8 Process Plans as per Shop floor feedback or Change Request\n10. Candidate must be good in review of manufacturing process inspection sheet\n11. Should be good in review of Process failure mode & effect analysis (PFMEA) for all production components\n12. Should be able to review engineering and manufacturing change incorporation on process routings\n13. Candidate should be good at review of PPAP documents as per customer suggested levels.\n14. Should have awareness of aerospace quality requirements\n15. Work closely with Customers, Project team and cross-functional teams to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives\n16.Communicating and collaborating with Customer & Project team to meet the delivery schedules.\n17. Experienced in creation of standard process and procedures to ensure quality deliverables to Customer\n18. Candidate should be agile and quickly adopt to customer business needs\nDesired Skills and Qualifications:\n1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering/Industrial Engineering with at least 4 to 6years of experience in MRO and Aerospace manufacturing Engineering\n2. Should have strong knowledge of Aero-engine components and manufacturing shop floor experience\n3. Excellent knowledge and application of GD&T as well as Tolerance stack-up fors ub-assemblies & assemblies\n4. Proficiency in SAP, Solumina G8, and Engine Manual for integration and standardization in new applications\n5. Should have strong knowledge on quality assurance Repair process planning and Assembly –disassembly procedures\n6. Preferred to have certified in Six Sigma, Green or Black belt and Scrum master\n7.
