Design, and Workload Engineering teams.\nKey Responsibilities\nPerform system-level analysis of DDR/LPDDR memories (LPDDR4/LPDDR5/LPDDR5X preferred).\nExecute power and performance characterization across workloads such as AI, graphics, gaming, productivity, idle, and active states.\nAnalyze memory bandwidth, latency, power states, DVFS behavior, and memory usage patterns.\nConduct workload profiling and characterization on Android and/or Client OS platforms.\nDevelop scripts and utilities for workload characterization.\nProvide data-driven insights to Architecture and Product teams regarding memory features, configurations, and trade-offs.\nPerform competitive analysis and generate KPIs for internal reviews.\nSupport customer/OEM debug and evaluation activities.\nPrepare technical documentation, dashboards, and analysis reports.\nRequired Skills\n3-5 years of experience in Processor, SoC, or Memory domains (Mobile and/or Client platforms).\nStrong understanding of DDR/LPDDR architecture, preferably LPDDR.\nStrong programming skills in C and/or Python.\nHands-on experience in:Power analysis (active, idle, standby, workload-driven)\nPerformance analysis (bandwidth, latency, bottleneck identification)\n\nUnderstanding of memory controllers, power states, clocks, and interconnects.\nExperience working with real hardware platforms such as phones, client systems, or development boards.\nPreferred Skills\nExperience with LPDDR5/LPDDR5X or DDR5.\nExposure to AI/ML, graphics, or performance-intensive workloads.\nFamiliarity with Android or Client OS power/performance frameworks.\nOEM/customer-facing debug and analysis experience.\nAbility to work across HW-SW system boundaries.\nSoft Skills\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work independently with high ownership.\nExcellent technical communication and documentation skills.\nEffective collaboration with cross-functional
