Manage a team of engineers, technicians, and administrative staff, including hiring, training, performance management, and career development.\n* Ensure timely and successful completion of projects within budget and scope, meeting or exceeding client expectations.\n* Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, fostering strong relationships and addressing any concerns or issues.\n* Monitor and report on site performance, project progress, and financial metrics to senior management.\n* Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards, company policies, and safety regulations.\n* Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives for processes, tools, and technologies.\n* Oversee site infrastructure, equipment, and facilities management.\n* Participate in business development activities, including proposal preparation and client presentations, as needed.\nJob Qualifications**\n* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.\n* Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in operations management, project management, or site leadership roles, preferably within the engineering services or technology industry.\n* Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and leading diverse teams.\n* Strong understanding of operational processes, quality management systems, and financial principles.\n* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.\n* Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.\n* Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.\n* Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.\n* Ability to travel locally within Georgia and occasionally to other Cyient locations as required.\n* PMP certification or other relevant professional certifications are a
