This role requires a strong background in OSP engineering, permit coordination, utility collaboration, and long haul fiber infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting project execution from design review through permitting, maintenance coordination, and dispute resolution.\nThis position will work closely with engineering teams, utilities, municipalities, and project stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of fiber network projects while maintaining compliance with client and regulatory requirements.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport and coordinate Long Haul (LH) fiber projects from planning through execution\nManage project activities related to utilities, permitting, engineering coordination, and field support\nUtilize AT&T systems supporting Long Haul projects, including GMO and related platforms\nReview Long Haul OSP CAD designs and provide feedback for constructability and permitting readiness\nCoordinate permit submissions with municipalities, utilities, railroads, and other agencies\nTrack permit approvals, rejections, revisions, and project timelines\nCollaborate with OSP Engineering teams and field personnel to resolve design and construction issues\nSupport maintenance activities and assist with dispute resolution related to fiber infrastructure projects\nEnsure project documentation, records, and reporting are maintained accurately\nCommunicate effectively with internal teams, clients, vendors, and external stakeholders\nRequired Qualifications\nExperience supporting Long Haul Fiber or Telecommunications projects\nStrong project management and coordination experience within telecom or utility environments\nWorking knowledge of AT&T systems supporting Long Haul projects (GMO and related systems preferred)\nOSP Engineering knowledge with field experience\nExperience reviewing OSP CAD designs for fiber projects\nPermit coordination and submission experience for telecom infrastructure projects\nKnowledge of utility coordination, maintenance processes, and dispute resolution\nStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience supporting AT&T Long Haul fiber programs\nPrevious experience working
