understanding of manufacturing processes, including:Welding\nStamping\nCasting\nSheet metal fabrication\nMachining\n\nProficiency in interpreting engineering drawings and GD&T per ASME standards\nExperience developing work instructions, process documentation, and manufacturing routings\nStrong communication skills with the ability to work across internal teams and external
